Went here with my kids but honestly ended up not even racing. Felt like a waste of time. For a junior race, it's around $40 for just 6 to 8 minutes. That's for first-timers. On top of that, you have to buy a head glove and a membership card separately. The track looked pretty small too. Just seemed too pricey for what you get. We decided to skip it.
I reserved our Quarterly Company Social here last Friday. Everyone on the team had a great time! Logistics were on point, customer service was great. Making the reservation and making payment was smooth and almost effortless. Thanks to the K1 team for making my job easier! Will certainly be having more events here in the future.
Deserves a 0. Had a party of 5 that arrived and bought 3 races and was told it would be a 50 minute to an hour. After asking when it would be our turn after an hour and a half, we were told we were the next race. Twist: we weren’t. After waiting a total of 2 hours we were told our first race would be another wait of 40 minutes but it would be free. After waiting and seeing more people who arrived well after us get to race before us, we decided we had enough and wanted a full refund so we could cut our losses and go do something fun. It was my best friend’s little brother’s birthday. Extremely disappointing and the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were laughed at for waiting so long and not calling ahead of time to check the wait time. How that makes sense at a first come first serve place? I don’t know. Manager seemed unbothered and reluctant to even give us one free race that his staff had offered us (he decided, after a minute of thinking, that it was fine). But we don’t have all day to wait after you’ve already killed the fun Saturday we had planned with your rudeness and lack of care for your customers. Nothing to do but leave a bad review and hope to save others from this fun birthday killing experience.
Waaaaay tooo sloooooow of a process for starting. All customer service is super slow. The helmets need to be sanitized. Even buying food is horribly slow. Yeah, an overall bad experience for me.
