Best managed and well run K1 location I’ve been to, and this alone deserves credit. Track staff, maintenance, staff interactions, all excellent. Come on Mondays for the best deals on races and memberships. Unfortunately the track is too narrow to be able to pass or race anyone to any real extent, and as a result the karts are quite slow - they work fine for the track but I’d be surprised if they go faster than 30 miles per hour on the maximum speed setting; most drivers won’t even receive this higher speed. If you’re looking for more true racing or competition for more experienced kart racers, or just more so looking for the speed rather than the driving, I’d go 5 or so miles up the road to HKC. Additionally, out of 3 visits I’ve had here where there has been a wait, the wait times were grossly underestimated, for example 15 minute estimated waits taking closer to 30; I’d rather be surprised by a shorter than expected wait than find out I budgeted way too little time for what I was trying to do. Come in the mornings especially on weekdays to avoid.
My grandson gives this a solid thumbs up! Nice facility and good was decent for an entertainment establishment! I did have issues processing our ticket orders in advance on their website. So did my husband but so be it - highly recommend! 🚀

This 1 star is for Rachel’s costumer service at the front desk. We do not feel welcomed to come back. She was in a rush for no reason, as we were the only costumers in line She hates this job -it’s all over her face. The rest of the experience and staff members?amazing. The guys were polite and helpful.
