Came here to ride GO carts with my 8 yr old daughter, she is 40ft (2 inches OFF from the height requirement) in order to ride alone. This is ridiculous & horrible customer service considering there are BACK PILLOWS to adjust your height for them to REACH THE PETAL so what’s the point of the pillows if they are not USED to accommodate smaller children. Her age is clearly not the problem. DO BETTER GO KART RACEWAY! Definitely need to look into accommodating CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Literally had to spend $106 for 10 rides & 2 $10 card games, I should have at least got my money’s worth & what I actually wanted to pay for which was 2 separate rides but instead I was forced to do 10 rides with my daughter instead of us riding & getting experience ONE ON ONE! 👎🏾👎🏾 Yall need to add a SMALLER CART FOR KIDS AGES 6-8. This is kinda ridiculous for this to be a Kid’s entertainment establishment! ALSO, staff should do a way better job of enforcing rules!!! There was plenty of BUMPING GOING ON THAT WORKERS WITNESSED & DID NOT DIRECTLY ADDRESS TO THOSE people 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Responding to your response: THE SIZE OF THE GO KARTS is the issue. I went to this place during a week day and it wasn't crowded. We almost had all games available without the wait, prices are very accessible and restrooms are clean. They have excelente customers service and all the go kart are fun. My children had a lot of fun, the duck machine doesn't work 😅
My son has been wanting to go here since he was 10, and on his 12th birthday (when he was able to drive his own go kart) we went. Sign up was easy and him and my husband had a lot of fun! We will definitely go again.
We attended a Birthday Party & enjoyed our time here. We had unlimited go-cart rides as well as arcade games for an hour which was a huge hit with both adults & children. It’s a great place to host parties. You have to be willing to navigate through hectic traffic though - but it was worth it!
