My kids and I had a blast. We went on January 6th for a tournament for our kids. They had a blast and staff and the other parents were helpful on telling us what we needed and what we needed to do. Would highly recommend. The only criticism I have is the first time we went we had to wait for 1.5 hours before we could do our first race. That was explained though because how they set up races and the amount of people there. We were also told how long the wait would be when we got there. Also what I thought was cool you can buy races on one day and use them at another time.
We visited K1 Speed during a family trip to Hershey, expecting a fun afternoon, but the experience was highly disappointing due to poor track safety enforcement and rude customer service. Despite a safety briefing explicitly stating that bumping, spinning, and aggressive driving are prohibited, we were placed on the track with reckless drivers who repeatedly used the karts as bumper cars. When I complained after being rammed for the eighth time—resulting in a completely avoidable crash (recommend management check the cameras) —the track marshal dismissed it, stating, "People will bump into you... it's part of racing." This completely invalidates their own posted safety rules. Earlier in the pit, a crew member turned off my kart while adjusting charging cables. When the race started, my kart wouldn't move because it had no power. Instead of checking the kart, the crew repeatedly yelled at me to hit the gas, treating me like I didn't understand how a pedal works. They only sent someone over after insisting they were right, despite their own briefing warning guests not to touch the power buttons themselves. The two women at the front desk (including Rebel) were wonderful and welcoming, but the hostile atmosphere, lack of safety enforcement, and poor attitude from the pit crew completely ruined the visit. I cannot give more than 1 star. We will not be back and I declined the voucher for returning on a discounted rate. **Added 07/02/2026** To the owner who responded, please feel free to reach out to me via the number provided under the annual membership. Went here for my birthday and it was a lot of fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It was my first time there and they made it really easy and fun! Only thing is to make sure if you buy packages it includes the license because if it doesn’t you still have to pay for it when you get there.
My daughter and I had tons of fun here. The track was great, the cars were fast, they keep track of your lap times, they provide a print out of your race with individual lap times, they're safe, and they have a podium for photos. Great place to have some fast fun. They are quite pricey though. If you're looking for inexpensive fun, this is not the place.
