Staff was friendly; but the business itself looked really run down. Overgrown grass near the ax toss, go karts are in rough condition, there were 2 toilets side by side in the ladies bathroom (very odd without a stall separating them) and the road to access the business is in dire need of repairs plus it cost us 45 dollars for a 10 minute ride on a course that was not the typical size of a good go kart course. Overall a three star rating is what I give this place. It would have been a one star; but the staff was friendly.
Was not what we were expecting!! It looks awesome on the website, but it really just looks like and old rundown bar or something. It's mostly just arcade and go-karts. The VR "dinosaur" rollercoaster ride had zero dinosaurs in it. My son's friend said that the VR cage zombie game was pretty cool, but that's it. Plus the people running it were laughing at me for saying double rider, when that it literally what it is says on their thing at the desk and on the website. It was very immature, rude, and it just ruined my mood.
This place is a joke.. zero stars! Just because they NEVER want to be open. Got the condos next door for the kids to have this as a option and everytime they closed whenever they wanted too. We called no answer, so we swung by because like I said we were next door, and at 4 o'clock. They said yeah we stay open until 9, only close the outside for BAD weather . I said ok were going to let the dog potty. By the time we got back we were turned away at the door, once again. We were here on a Thursday and left on Sunday, zero bad weather until Saturday. Which stopped at 6 and STILL closed the WHOLE place, not just outside. Get ready 4 this place to close soon. U dont want money??. its simple u close. Its ran down and a waste of effort and apparently good hard earned money.
Walked in ready to bring our kids for some fun go-kart rides and walked out immediately after having a conversation with the older Asian lady at the counter. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, and when we tried to be light hearted about our son’s height (implying that hopefully he is able to ride alone), she said “do not play around because you could cause an accident”. I will be taking my business to Bay Area Raceway where they have a personality and value customer experience.
