We were visiting from Houston where they have a location I visited about 10 years ago. My young son wanted the opportunity to race, and I have to say that they treated him VERY WELL at this location! We were really happy with the service! My son had never driven a go-kart by himself, so he was nervous, but the employees were fantastic with him. They encouraged him and explained the safety features and assured him that he could do this. What a great experience! Thank you guys!
Very frustrating experience. I can’t fix my son’s particular height - he is over 48” in height but his legs are shorter than his torso so he wasn’t able to drive…not being able to test that until my kid is actually in the car is heartbreaking so while the height says 48”, probably best to be over 50” to avoid issues. The consolation prize was nearly equally frustrating because a majority of the games are broken and out of order. Would probably go when he’s much taller.
I really love going to this place. It is a very competitive atmosphere for a lot of friends. And I my wife and I enjoy racing each other here, we've been here multiple times the management is very nice, and the people at the front desk are very warm with greeting us. Thank you so much for everything you guys offered to san antonio
I would not recommend this track to anyone looking for fair competition or professional customer service. The customer service is terrible. Questions and concerns are met with excuses, dismissive attitudes, and a complete lack of accountability. From the moment you check in to the time you leave the track, customer concerns seem to be ignored because all your getting is excuses. What is even more concerning is the way races are handled. In our experience, certain “preferred” or track-trained drivers appear to receive advantages that other racers do not. They are often given top-picked cars, and when they are not running competitively, race conditions seem to change in ways that suddenly allow them to move through the field. Meanwhile, passing and on-track incidents involving other drivers often go unaddressed or are enforced inconsistently. Whether you are a parent, driver, or spectator, you expect a level playing field. Unfortunately, that is not the environment we have experienced here on multiple occasions. Even after giving the benefit of the doubt and returning several times, the same concerns continued to arise. Instead of rewarding talent, preparation, knowledge, and fair competition, the atmosphere often feels biased and unfair. This sport should be about giving every driver an equal opportunity to compete, regardless of experience level or affiliation. Until these issues are addressed and customer service improves, I would strongly encourage families to spend their time and money elsewhere. Based on our experiences, I cannot recommend supporting this business and especially this establishment.
