We visited this place with our family, including three children. After finding a table, it took quite a while before we could even find a server to take our order. We ordered fries first because the kids were hungry, and we planned to look over the menu and order our meals afterward. The fries also took a long time to arrive. What surprised us most was that as soon as the fries were placed on our table, the server immediately brought us the bill before we had even started eating or ordered our main food. When we asked about it, he said he was leaving and therefore wanted to close out the check. We found this unusual and uncomfortable. In all our dining experiences, we have never been presented with a bill before finishing our meal or having the opportunity to place the rest of our order. It gave us the impression that we were being rushed rather than welcomed as guests. We hope this was simply poor service and not an assumption made about us. As customers, we expect to be treated with the same courtesy and hospitality as everyone else. Despite the experience, we remained polite and even left a tip. We are sharing this feedback in the hope that management will address these service issues and ensure that all guests feel respected and valued in the future.
First time driving electric gokarts ( I like gas gokarts) on this awesome place 😎 not expecting much but I get very impressed. Super clean and neat place very organized and cool. Staff very helpful and friendly they have more then just gokarts, including bowling 🎳, arcade, laser tag , 4d experience, restaurant, bar and more. Prices are fair for this type of entertainment ( no cheap) but remember what you paid is what you get...the gokarts track is multilevel and super fun 😀 bring the whole family and make memories together, I highly recommend this fun place. Go fast have a blast....
This place was so much fun!! The food was amazing the experiences were a blast. Duck pin bowling was the most fun!! Austen was phenomenal and helped with everything.
Way overpriced. We had a groupon so was at least half the price as normal. Go carts were fun except the teenager who repeatedly kept running into me. That was annoying. Not enough staff. Person running bowling was also the hostess for the restaurant. 35 minutes it took to even get seated. Then they have 1 waiter for everyone. Super slow to get any service. Not the waiters fault, thats a management issue. Then we proceed to bowl and find out its not part of the package so for 2 people was going to be another $35. No thanks. Head to do virtual racing...waited over 30 minutes to even get a staff member over there to ride. Lazer tag was at least fun. 7D was okay at least the guy checking you in there was friendly. Alot of games are broken. I tried the qr code to report it but that didn't work either. We finally just gave up and left. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and time.
