The staff here was really friendly and clearly doing their best, which i really appreciate. However. The overall experience was frustrating due to long wait times and poor communication. We waited almost an hour before asking when our group would be able to race, and were told it would be another 40 minutes before we could go together. At that point, our group started the refund process. One person was fully refunded before staff then told us we’d be up next if we just waited. We decided to wait, but after another 10 minutes, we still weren’t called. When racers were finally sent out, only three people were called—and one of them had already been refunded. That was pretty confusing and disappointing They also have a not so great refund process (either a full refund or keeping races on your account), but the experience could be much smoother with better communication. Even just setting expectations upfront about long wait times or offering a text notification system would make a huge difference so guests could grab food or relax instead of standing around. Overall, great staff, but the organization and communication need improvement
Such a great place to hang out on a rainy day or an option for birthday parties!! The kids love this place from ages 6-18 (must be 48 inches tall.) Even as adults we had a great time racing the kids and they have adult carts which could be fun for a work outing idea. The carts go faster than the ones in Shelby Twnshp, which is great for older kids. Highly recommend. Staff are fun and helpful!
K1 Speed was awesome! Took a bachelor party there, and we all had a blast. The karts are quick, the track is very technical, and the adrenaline levels were high. I know that we will be returning many times in the future! I gotta beat my lap record!
It was a fun experience but I think there is room for improvement. The track wasn’t what we expected and we requested a refund but it was not granted. It was definitely a fun time and might be a bit overpriced but Go Karts aren’t cheap and it’s a great experience. I just hope in the future that they would give out refunds or at least let you lower the amount of races you run because the way they handle has lost them a customer at least for the time being. I hope that other can find enjoyment with it but for the price, I think they should give refunds because people would be more likely to return. If they had refunded us, we might have considered returning in the future and simply buying less races. I would appreciate if the business reads this and takes the advice but if not, best wishes.
