Came out here for my baby brothers bachelor trip and the whole staff from beginning to end accommodated the party effortlessly and effectively. Butters and Brandon at the front desk got us logged and checked in easily, and got our pictures out the way. Tanaria made sure we got the equipment sized, fitted, and on and made sure we were comfortable, and even got us out the way with some photos as we waited. Jamod jumped in to assist her make things run smoothly while we raced and got in and out of the karts. Andrew helped keep things lively with the energy and explaining how the qualifiers went as well as keeping the hype up reading the results. For a group of 12, in the middle of a Saturday I have 0 complaints. Couldn’t have gone any better. Shoutout to the team.
We had so much fun today. The cashier and other staff members were so kind to the kids and seemed happy to be at their job. They were all so helpful and very interactive with guests. Highly recommend to bring your kids here for an indoor activity and guaranteed fun!!!
This place is super nice! Top notch facility, great staff, and loads of fun. The races are quite thrilling and can be a little physically demanding but I'm sure if I slowed down it would be just fine lol. The fact that they have youth karts is phenomenal. The speed of the adult karts is more than I anticipated but found them to be exceptionally fun! Will definitely be going back and going more often! Great experience all around!
Races were at least 5 to 7 minutes long for the junior division. Fun and professional. The guys made sure everyone was safe.
