We had so much fun today. The cashier and other staff members were so kind to the kids and seemed happy to be at their job. They were all so helpful and very interactive with guests. Highly recommend to bring your kids here for an indoor activity and guaranteed fun!!!
This place is super nice! Top notch facility, great staff, and loads of fun. The races are quite thrilling and can be a little physically demanding but I'm sure if I slowed down it would be just fine lol. The fact that they have youth karts is phenomenal. The speed of the adult karts is more than I anticipated but found them to be exceptionally fun! Will definitely be going back and going more often! Great experience all around!
Let me emphasize first that my low rating is due to the location and cost, NOT for the workers. The workers were all very pleasant, but whoever owns the place needs to get them some help, or bring in people that can cross train and pitch in from one area to another! The guy that helped us did his best but he was having to do too much at once. Had my son’s birthday party here. They seemed short staffed and somewhat disorganized. I felt bad for the guy helping us with the party because he seemed overwhelmed and frazzled at times. We ordered two sandwiches and some extra pizzas….turns out he was the only one working in the kitchen and he was also working the register along with one other girl. Pizzas came out late and the kids were starving. Then he told my husband he didn’t know how to make the sandwiches, so he gave us our money back. Then he said they had no brisket. Also, a drunk guy was running around the place and annoying guests but it appeared he was with a larger group so he wasn’t asked to leave. He was hitting on the moms at the party and messing with the kids. It was obnoxious. Ended up paying over 800.00 for the party and while the kids had a good time, I feel like for that price, you should have a dedicated party host to do the serving and set up/pick up. He dropped off pizzas and left. And while it did show in the paperwork that there isn’t a dedicated party host, I just feel that for the money you shell out, it should be part of the package. It was so dang hot in the place that with all the running around serving and dealing with getting drinks, we were sweating our tails off. All drinks are bottled and instead of getting drink orders prior to party, we had to bring the kids back to the counter to get their own drinks. Drinks are the individual bottles not the pitchers. I asked if water would be included/available for guests and I was told they would have water but we had to pay extra for bottled waters for the adults. If I could have brought snacks and drinks I would have and just had them supply the pizzas. However, if you bring outside food (outside of your cake or cupcakes, no ice cream allowed because they have nowhere to store it), they charge you a 250.00 fee on top of the standard birthday cost. After the kid’s first race we had expected to go let them play in the arcade with their arcade cards. Guy told us when we arrived he would make the cards but he forgot. So, I went to get them and he said oh, I’ll go make those now. So he went to make them and they didn’t have as much time in the arcade before the next race started. So, while kids had fun, we won’t be back. Overpriced and we were stressed the whole time we were in the party room since we were doing everything and had kids running around starving while waiting on the late pizza.
Excellent staff! Employees were wonderful and took their time helping all the kids. It was for a 10 year old birthday party and would definitely go back. All the parents were impressed and talked great about their interactions with the staff.
