This is me and my date's first time here and I fell in love with it! We didn't have to wait long for 2 races aside from the reservation group. Employees were informative, friendly, patient, and fun! I didn't expect helmets! My Kart kept slowing down on it's own, hopefully it doesn't happen again. Overall, I will visit again!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Korey at A1 Race Track provided the best customer service I’ve ever received! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. You can tell she’s truly passionate about what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every customer. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding service. Korey is truly a gem, and A1 Race Track is lucky to have her. I highly recommend asking for Korey—you won’t be disappointed!
Came for a birthday celebration and had a decent time, but nothing to write home about. -Staff was friendly in general, and Victoria was amazing with our group specifically. If I were to come back, I'd hope she'd be there because her customer service was great! -The track is a bit small and the karts feel a bit slow for the price. -I didn’t notice a Paddock Lounge "restaurant", but there were a few shelves behind the registration counter with snacks, so there's that. That said, outside food isn't allowed (even though they quite literally order pizza from an outside company), so your party guests with special diets (vegans, non-dairy) will need to eat before or after if they want more than basic snacks. You can bring your own dessert for your party though. -The arcade games were fun and engaging for the young children who couldn't race, so that helped them have a good time too. And the games have tickets, so even the little ones can leave with something. -Overall, I felt it was overpriced and underwhelming, but if you have a good group that gels well, then you'll bring the vibes you need anyway. Of course the party prices are higher, but for me, even the Arrive and Drive price doesn't seem worth it. HOWEVER, if you want to do karting above the kiddie speed, this is a good way to check that box once to see if you like it.
Races are fun, but $30 each. Our second race we didn’t get up to full speed until the last few laps. We brought it up to Dennis and his only response was… it’ll be better next time. Yeah, Dennis, but we paid $30 this time. Dennis is kind of a wet sandwich.
