Took my family here for my daughter’s birthday on 07/18/2026. There was one young employee working by himself midday on a Saturday. At approximately 1:26 p.m., according to my receipt, I paid $264.40 for three 1-hour kids' sessions, one 1-hour young adult session, and 10 arcade tokens. After the purchase, the employee attended to other customers for about 10 minutes. No problem. He then came back to us, and it took approximately another 10–15 minutes to get everyone geared up, watch the safety video, and get the karts going. My family actually started riding at approximately 1:45 p.m. I have timestamped video documenting this. Some of the smaller children were spinning out, and because the employee was also helping other customers, he yelled over to me that I could go onto the track and help straighten out the karts. I was happy to help so the kids could enjoy themselves. Then, at approximately 2:17 p.m., I was told our time was up. I grabbed my receipt and explained the timeline. I was told that we only had "4 sessions" and that he had no control over it. This is the part I would like management to explain: My receipt shows that I paid for FOUR 1-HOUR SESSIONS. My family rode for approximately 32 minutes total—from roughly 1:45 p.m. to 2:17 p.m.—which appears to have been treated as four 8-minute sessions. If four "1-hour sessions" actually means four 8-minute rides, that needs to be clearly explained before customers pay. If that's not what it means, then I paid for significantly more time than my family received. I didn't argue with the employee because he was working alone and clearly trying to handle multiple customers at once. My issue is ultimately with the business and what I paid for versus what we received. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve in the arcade. The motorcycle racing game—the main game my kids wanted to play—wasn't working. The air hockey table was very small, had weak air pressure, cost two tokens ($2), and shut off after only a few minutes. The snack/counter area also had noticeable cleanliness issues, including multiple long hairs on the counter. I spent $264.40 to celebrate my daughter's birthday here, and I left feeling like I did not receive what I paid for. I would appreciate a response from the owner or management explaining the discrepancy between the four 1-hour sessions shown on my receipt and the approximately 32 minutes of actual ride time my family received. If we were incorrectly charged or our session was ended prematurely, I would also appreciate an appropriate refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.
Absolutely had a blast, the most fun I had in Houma in a long time. We went as a group I’m big guy 5’11 260 lbs and some of the dads was bigger than me we fit fine in the karts, definitely well worth the price of admission and I can’t wait to go back with my group of people.
I have been there many times. Myself and grandkids enjoy this place!! My last visit, however left me frustrated. I paid for 8 minutes, battery died and had to get changed. We went late in the afternoon and was told we were the first customers, why would the batteries not be fully charged 🤷🏻♀️ No time was adjusted for that, remember, I only paid for 8 minutes. I felt bad for my grandsons, so I paid for another 8 minutes. Battery died on the other one. Not time adjusted again, so our time was cut short again. Not cheap paying for 2-8 minute session. Not good business
Great, family-friendly place! The staff was very nice, and the go-carts were a blast. We’ll definitely bring family and friends here in the future.
