Great location, lots of room, a ton of things to do. From racing regular and junior karts, arcade and bowling. You may want to skip the bar though as the bartender was too busy operating the tv or walking away entirely.
Our special education class recently visited K1 Speed for a field trip, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the very beginning, Keren was incredible behind the scenes. She made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that our group's needs were accommodated. Her communication and organization made setting up the trip so easy. When we arrived, James, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure our students had a successful and enjoyable experience. He was attentive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our field trip a positive experience for every student. A special shout-out also goes to Nico, our server, who treated our group like VIPs from start to finish. He was consistently checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and providing outstanding customer service with a smile. Taking a group of students with special needs on a community outing requires a supportive and accommodating environment, and the team at K1 Speed exceeded every expectation. Our students had an amazing time, felt welcomed and included, and created memories that they will be talking about for a long time. The go-kart experience was overall very fun and exciting, with a great atmosphere that made the whole visit enjoyable. The environment was lively, well-organized, and had a nice energy that made it a great place to hang out and have fun with friends or family. However, the steering on the go-karts was not the best. It felt a bit loose and harder to control than expected, which made driving less smooth and slightly frustrating at times. Improving the steering would definitely make the racing experience much better and more comfortable. Despite that issue, the track was enjoyable and the overall vibe of the place was really good. The atmosphere, fun factor, and entertainment value made it a memorable experience, and with better kart handling, it could easily be an even better attraction. in the steering wheel did not work properly
My group came here for a 3-race package and it was a massive waste of money due to the terrible track staff. The race manager spent the entire time power-tripping on the remote speed controllers, constantly slowing our karts down for absolutely no reason. When we called them out after the first session, they lied and said we spun out—none of us had even come close to losing control. They just kept moving the goalposts and inventing random "safety" excuses to kill our speed while we were driving completely within the rules. The third race was a total disaster. The track was red-flagged for 3 minutes because of an erratic driver who couldn't handle their kart. But instead of letting us race properly once that person was finally removed, the controller punished the rest of us by throttling our speeds for the entire remainder of the heat. To make a bad night completely unacceptable, there was another driver on the track shouting vulgar, racist garbage. The staff completely looked the other way and did nothing to enforce basic code of conduct or human decency. They’ll slow you down for fake safety violations but won't lift a finger to stop actual harassment on their track. Avoid this place.
