Great location, lots of room, a ton of things to do. From racing regular and junior karts, arcade and bowling. You may want to skip the bar though as the bartender was too busy operating the tv or walking away entirely.
Our special education class recently visited K1 Speed for a field trip, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the very beginning, Keren was incredible behind the scenes. She made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that our group's needs were accommodated. Her communication and organization made setting up the trip so easy. When we arrived, James, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure our students had a successful and enjoyable experience. He was attentive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our field trip a positive experience for every student. A special shout-out also goes to Nico, our server, who treated our group like VIPs from start to finish. He was consistently checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and providing outstanding customer service with a smile. Taking a group of students with special needs on a community outing requires a supportive and accommodating environment, and the team at K1 Speed exceeded every expectation. Our students had an amazing time, felt welcomed and included, and created memories that they will be talking about for a long time. The go-kart experience was overall very fun and exciting, with a great atmosphere that made the whole visit enjoyable. The environment was lively, well-organized, and had a nice energy that made it a great place to hang out and have fun with friends or family. However, the steering on the go-karts was not the best. It felt a bit loose and harder to control than expected, which made driving less smooth and slightly frustrating at times. Improving the steering would definitely make the racing experience much better and more comfortable. Despite that issue, the track was enjoyable and the overall vibe of the place was really good. The atmosphere, fun factor, and entertainment value made it a memorable experience, and with better kart handling, it could easily be an even better attraction. in the steering wheel did not work properly
Our experience here at K1 was overall ok. We came in as walk ins for 2 races at two different times. The bowling alley was great and service with food was quick and easy. We ran into troubles here at the track. They told us that they booked us incorrectly for the 4:15 race as another party filled up that spot. So we had to wait more another hour but we were going to have back to back races. Finally when we get called for our 5:15 race and we finished the race they told us we had to wait for more time since the next race was booked up again. We told them that we had back to back booking and they said nope as it was booked again incorrectly. I would say that the employees who book the races need to either be more transparent on the times that are available or need more training because we spent a total of 4 hours here when it was suppose be only 2 hours. This was a birthday outing and we ran late for our reservation for dinner.
