Jeffrey and I give it five stars but we just wanna let you know that we were told not to bump and we didn’t bump anybody but we were bumped several times and I feel that we would’ve got better times and better positions if we wouldn’t have got bumped I wish everyone would follow the rules and regulations just like Jeffrey and I did other than that. It was amazing Amazing.
Went in with pretty average expectations and honestly it landed right in the middle. The racing itself is fun, but the experience had a few misses. One of the cars had issues during the race and it was brought up to staff, but nothing really came of it. No make-up ride or anything offered, which was a little frustrating considering you’re paying per race. Also ended up missing one of the races because my name never got called. That part felt pretty disorganized and there wasn’t much effort to fix it after the fact. Pricing is another thing to be aware of. What you see upfront isn’t really the full picture. We ended up having to pay for three races plus an annual fee, so it adds up quick. Overall, it’s still a fun place, just don’t expect everything to run smoothly and be ready for the extra costs
Worst experience I've had at a racetrack. Why are they slowing everyone’s carts down because some women on the track kept running herself into the walls. For one how do u even do that but its also no one else’s fault she can’t drive a cart. Let her sit there or get her off the track. Why ruin my experience because someone is incompetent to drive a cart. I can’t even understand that. Full grown women, no one was bumping her she just simply couldn't drive. I Couldn’t even get a full lap in without being slowed down even though I was in full control of my cart. Genuinely never experienced nonsense like that at any other race track. Will never recommend this place and surely will not be back. Waste of money. Staff sucks. - side note: corporate leaving this sorry response to my review just goes to show how bad the customer service is at this establishment. I don’t live in the area, I expressed my problems to the manager that was there during my visit and instead of offering us a free race right then and there or a partial refund for the inconvenience he gave us coupons to redeem. Yes! Let me drive 6hrs to redeem my coupons! I know I sound a little psycho but as someone who works in customer service I really can’t fathom this. Majority of the people in that same race were also disappointed with the circumstances. KJUNK SPEED RACE!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
We had a great birthday party group here at K1 Speed. We were all very excited to go and race as this was some of the kids first time behind a fast motorized vehicle. The biggest bummer was that because we had so many crashes with the carts being at full speed that when we had our real race, the cars felt super slow. And some cars were definitely slower than others. We didn’t know this so it ended up being a bit disappointing for that final race. The good was good for the party as well but there was a lack of communication of where to get drinks and when the food was ready. We were kind of left on our own. I’d give them a second chance and knowing what I know now, the races would be different.
