Sophie was very attentive and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. K1 is also super fun for the kids. definitely a great place for families. We’ll be coming back!
Came in the employees said there was a 2 hour wait and if we put our names on the list we would have to stay the whole time, they have no way to let us know our reservation is coming up. There was basically nobody here and they were only using one of the two tracks, so half the track space was basically unused. Real bummer. The pics are of the current crowd in the business.
Wait time and kicking my 12 year old daughter out for insignificantly bumping someone after that long wait and price is b.s! And ruined what would've at least been a posittive review. Celebrated my birthday at K1 and I was hooked. Went again on 5-21-26 at opening time. Walked right in and in seconds the manager had already charged me and Ale was assigning me a car. I didn’t beat the track time but the staff did their part to help get close! Great staff and awesome experience. A+
