We took our kids here before they return back to school. The whole family had a blast including the husband. We did the 3 hr package for the kids and it wroth it. They played laser tag, played on the ninja course, zip line. My kids have never had so much fun. Route 7 has birthday packages. I will be having my son's birthday here for sure. My husband, he found out he can race here, so hes going to start signing up for their races. This is definitely a fun family place to go.
WOW! This place deserves more than 5 stars. I don’t know where to start. The facility itself is clean and well-kept. The go karts were super fun! The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I even saw a manager walking around and encouraging the employees which was nice to see. Also, I didn’t have high expectations for the food, but it was sooooo GOOD. It was probably the best pretzel I’ve ever had!
I enjoyed the place. We had our 11 year olds birthday party there. Now the workers and the way they do the process was fantastic. The kept the party moving and had everything extremely organized. 2 things keep it from the 5 stars. We spent over $800 on the top tier birthday package. I was shocked when I looked and the kids were in the small go karts and didn’t get the full experience with the helmet and the big karts. If it’s age or height that should have specified ahead of time. And secondly that when they give you the arcade cards…… it should be specified that you don’t get to collect tickets for prizes on those cards. My son hit a jackpot of 500 tickets and it didn’t count that being said they did accommodate him for that but that means none of the other kids got tickets for the games they played either. We had a birthday party there for our son. It was awesome the staff were great. The price reasonable. 1 HUGE complaint they add a 18% gratuity which is fine and a little low in my opinion if it went to the hosts for the party, however I found out only 8% of that goes to the staff and the rest the company keeps. Give it all to those kids they earned it. I paid the company for the party. Do better by your staff.
