We took our kids here before they return back to school. The whole family had a blast including the husband. We did the 3 hr package for the kids and it wroth it. They played laser tag, played on the ninja course, zip line. My kids have never had so much fun. Route 7 has birthday packages. I will be having my son's birthday here for sure. My husband, he found out he can race here, so hes going to start signing up for their races. This is definitely a fun family place to go.
We had a birthday party there for our son. It was awesome the staff were great. The price reasonable. 1 HUGE complaint they add a 18% gratuity which is fine and a little low in my opinion if it went to the hosts for the party, however I found out only 8% of that goes to the staff and the rest the company keeps. Give it all to those kids they earned it. I paid the company for the party. Do better by your staff.
A huge thank you and shout out to Route 7 and their birthday team! You guys really came through for us when we needed a very last minute birthday, (less then 24 hours) after another venue cancelled on us! Our birthday hosts were amazing and so personable and great with the kids! You saved the day!
I’ve hosted two birthday parties at route 7, and both times were very happy with the level of service and attention the party host team provided. They make it easy on me, as the parent and host, by taking care of the details and watching the clock to keep the kids on time for the big go kart race. I’m able to visit with other parents and enjoy celebrating my kiddo. While it is a little pricey for a party, the kids get access to a lot of cool activities that keep them busy and having fun with friends for hours, and the staff take care of everything! Plus, They offer weekday discounts to host a party and run discount specials. The online booking system is easy to use, and a member of party team calls a few days in advance to confirm details and any special considerations. While the kids run around, there are places for parents to sit, relax, eat, drink or play some games themselves - the new Crazy Dart games were really fun! All in all, everyone has fun at Route 7, so if my kids were to ask to have their party there again, I would definitely say yes!
