Extreme Racing is so much fun! The pit crew are funny, kind, entertaining and very friendly! Fred, Andrae, Josh, Jonathan, Noah, Lewis, O'Brain, Akeem all of them were so nice .We're had a blast. They almost became like family. We've been coming here every day for the last four days. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He seems to be the ship captain, an extremely conscientious guy! Love them all If you're in the Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge area, I can guarantee you nothing is more fun than this place , My 12-year-old son doesn't wanna go anywhere else or do anything else but come here – lol!
Absolutely the best customer service we have ever experienced here on our Christmas vacation. Mr.James turned my daughters tears into joy. She couldn’t ride the fast track bc of her height (she has a few more years before she can ride by herself lol) but Mr. James gave her and her daddy a ride on the slower track and $10 to play inside on the arcade games. Mr. James saved the day and turned this girls grown up side down🥰🥰 my olde and middle son had a freaking blast too. It may have been cold but it was worth every penny. Thank you Mr James for saving the day. I highly recommend coming here just know your kids has to be 56” talk to ride by theirselves. 10 out of 10 & great prices
Nice options. Best value 5 rides $50 (w/ all fees) and it dont expires. Perfect for 2 days options. *be aware that even is advise, and signs to dont ram and not bumping... people will do it. Beisde that its good option
We had a great time riding go karts here. It is pricey, but we did the package where we got 5 rides and we didn't have to do them all at once. We went one night and then again the following night. The staff is very nice and they do a great job at keeping everyone safe while racing. The karts are fast and clean. They do fit larger people....speaking from experience. The track is fun and curvy!! If you do the 5 race package, you also get 4 games inside their arcade also. It doesn't have a lot of game, but enough for you to spend the 4 games you have. There are 2 tracks. One for the slower karts, and they run the same track for the faster karts in different directions, at different times. They alternate which direction each race. I recommend going later in the evening because it is hot out there in the day time and there aren't as many people.
