My wife and I visited The Track in Destin on the evening of June 29, 2026 to play a round of mini golf with our two sons while on vacation. This has been an annual tradition for our family for the past 15 years. While the grounds (plants) are beautiful, the condition of the actual mini golf course was pathetic! Multiple holes with large rips in the carpet, multiple holes where the cups were bent and partially sticking up above the carpet, and multiple holes with wrinkled (stretched) carpet. On a couple holes, apparently where carpet was torn, they had placed a much thicker, almost padded looking, sheet of carpet on top of the existing carpet, causing the ball to completely change direction. On two occasions, my wife’s ball was directed completely over the brick and off course due to these thicker pieces of carpet. It’s very obvious that this was not the design of the course, but a terrible “patch job” on a sub-standard course. We paid $48 for the four of us to play, which I would have no problem with, but the course is by far the worst course we’ve ever played. Laughably, we’ve played at some 1970’s era “goofy golf” locations that were hands down in much better condition. I don’t know if this facility is franchised or corporately owned, but the owner/management is either “absent” or couldn’t care less! We were also in Myrtle Beach for vacation 3 weeks ago and visited The Track location there. While this location didn’t have mini golf, we rode go-karts and the overall facility was well maintained. At the prices charged, I expect more…and that’s not being unrealistic!
The Track was awesome! Racing go-karts was a blast. The arcade was nice. The golf was great. But the bumper boats were amazing! We were so hot after golfing. We had an epic water battle while blasting each other with boats!!! Check it out!
Definitely Recommend. We spent several hours in the park and had a blast with rhe kids. There are attractions and rides for all ages and plenty that are accommodating for families and multiple riders. If you are planning on trying many different things then the money you spend is well worth it. When you add in the mini golf and they arcade then you can easily spend all day at this park.
We had such a fun time at The Track. There is a great mix of activities, so it never feels repetitive. The go karts were a standout, especially the multi level tracks that add a little extra thrill compared to a typical ride. The Hurricane 360 was definitely a rush, and the blaster boats were a fun way to cool off and just enjoy being a little competitive and playful. What makes this place so enjoyable is the variety. You can go from high energy rides to something more relaxed without ever leaving the park. It is very family friendly but still just as fun for adults, which makes it easy to spend a few hours here without getting bored. Advice: Buy a points package instead of paying per ride so you get more value, and plan to go earlier in the day or later in the evening to avoid longer wait times, especially during peak vacation season.
