The track itself is nice and fun to drive. However, kart performance is fairly inconsistent—some karts are noticeably faster than others, which makes the races feel more like luck than skill. > The staff isn't rude, but they aren't very welcoming either and seem indifferent. It's a decent spot for the track layout, but the experience could be much better with more balanced karts and a friendlier vibe.
This is the most legit go-karting experience I've ever had. The workers are there to assist you if you spin out. It's a very popular place so you probably will have to wait to race. Get there early and have a lot of fun cuz it's a huge track. Try to go with a large group because if you have small numbers you will be added to another person's group. They also provide helmets with eye shield visors
MSR is a great track with fantastic staff. My son absolutely loves going to this place and we try to make it out any chance we get. From the management down to the track workers, the staff always goes above and beyond to help you out. (Manager treats my son like family!) I have read several of the lower reviews, and have never experienced anything negative. All the negative comments out the cars being equal, yes some are a little faster, but you would be surprised how close your times will be with consistent driving. It's all about momentum and being smooth.
Banned without warning or grace for first time mistake. Pit lane slow down areas were not clearly pointed out before beginning session. Tried to plead our case however, staff were more defensive of their version of events that took place instead of reviewing perspectives from both sides.
