This is the most legit go-karting experience I've ever had. The workers are there to assist you if you spin out. It's a very popular place so you probably will have to wait to race. Get there early and have a lot of fun cuz it's a huge track. Try to go with a large group because if you have small numbers you will be added to another person's group. They also provide helmets with eye shield visors
MSR is a great track with fantastic staff. My son absolutely loves going to this place and we try to make it out any chance we get. From the management down to the track workers, the staff always goes above and beyond to help you out. (Manager treats my son like family!) I have read several of the lower reviews, and have never experienced anything negative. All the negative comments out the cars being equal, yes some are a little faster, but you would be surprised how close your times will be with consistent driving. It's all about momentum and being smooth.
Banned without warning or grace for first time mistake. Pit lane slow down areas were not clearly pointed out before beginning session. Tried to plead our case however, staff were more defensive of their version of events that took place instead of reviewing perspectives from both sides.
I’ll give it four stars just because of the history since I’ve been going there it’s been a great track good spot for teambuilding and just going in a solo to have a little bit of fun. Kill some time especially if you’re you have a hobby of racing your cars. It’s a great spot. A bonus is when the track is running in the background you can see motorcycles and different types of cars making passes so that’s pretty cool. My only issue is the karts overtime have been getting pretty inconsistent more than eve. Before, there will be one or two karts that needed some work that you can tell big difference but now it’s becoming where most of the karts or at least half of them just need a ton of work on them. Improving the consistency of performance with the karts so it’s a little bit more competitive . That’s the only reason why I put up for a four star, great track with great potential to become great again. Honestly, the latest time it’s kind of become more of a three star. Out of 3 races, I got one kart that seemed to work great. The guy in the front desk is pretty cool always helpful. Other than that I have noticed that there is a lady there that’s could use a little bit more customer friendly service. Thank you!
