We went there for my son's birthday. Only a few of us. One guy that worked there yelled at a 13-year-old because he pulled into parking lane the he didn't want. Told me after that it was common sense. Embarrassed him in front of a group of young men. I told him we were never told where to pull in and who is that common sense to?? It was fun but Cost me about $175 for three people for two races. I should have asked for my money back after being treated that way. Because of this one guy it kind of ruined our experience on my son's birthday. Hopefully by him not having common sense on how to treat people especially young teenagers doesn't reflect on the rest of the people that work there.
First time here and the staff person at the front desk was not helpful. I wasted 35 mins here he never gave instructions on what to fill out. Honestly completely disappointed with the service. Next time inform future customers on the steps to enjoy the experience.
Had a great time! The employees were very nice and helpful. I didn’t really know what I was doing at first, but still had an awesome time racing with others—and then got to race with just our small group of three, which was even better. I would highly recommend it. The karts are nice and fast, though it’s definitely luck of the draw since each kart drives a bit differently.
This place is a ton of fun! Me and my group of friends go here to all get together and have a fun time racing each other and everyone always has a great time. The karts are all in pretty good running order, some run a bit better than others but whatever one you end up with you're sure to still have a great time.
