Great experience, Geo and his team were really nice and gave great customer service, and helped me and our group to get really good track times. The go karts there are great and can go about as quick as the karts at K1 speed, for a lot cheaper, I would definitely recommend checking out this place and thank you guys for the great experience.
Make sure to do all the registration first for each person who wants ride the Karting. It is fun, dynamic and with a lot of adrenaline, but the ride is too short for the price. The work team was not very friendly, they seemed distracted and need to be nicer. Many signs and security warnings. I don't think it's an experience I want to repeat, expensive and brief.
Terrible experience overall. When we arrived, we were left sitting alone for about 20 minutes with no communication, even though no one else was there and we should have been on track by ourselves. Our race time was scheduled for 1:20, but instead of honoring that, they delayed us to 1:30 and added five more people to our group—most of whom were extremely slow. They claimed they would stagger the karts, but that didn’t happen. Everyone was bunched up immediately, and for the first 3–4 laps I was stuck behind someone with no ability to pass. On top of that, the karts are clearly speed-limited on certain turns—you can feel them throttle down, which completely kills the racing experience. It honestly felt like they were just trying to pack as many people into one race as possible rather than letting customers actually enjoy it. There was no reason we shouldn’t have had our own race given the empty track when we checked in. Would not recommend. Find a track with better karts and staff that actually know how to run races.
Our intermediate race felt a little short but the pro race was super fun. I see a lot of reviews that say it was unorganized but I felt like the staff was doing a great job. I thought the customer service was awesome, actually, especially Gio who saved the day for us. He especially seemed to love his job and really went the extra mile to make our experience awesome.
