I came from out of town and arrived at the track after driving an hour and a half. I tried to also call around their opening time and there was no answer from my four phone calls so I can check to see if they will have availability for driving so by the time I arrive I get there and they have a league night going on and there’s no available races for the remaining of the night and there is almost this is 7 PM and they close at 10 so no no more races for three hours for any arrival guest. They pretty much tell you to take your money and go away if you don’t make it in time for them kind of bad service no customer service help by manager included.
The sweetest and most polite employees I’ve seen. It was our first time karting and it was really fun. They show you a safety video before you start and then you drive! Clear rules and thrilling experience so definitely recommend this spot!
