We had 9 kids have a blast for over 2 hours! We went here before when it was Altitiude, but it's so much better now! They added big slides, obstacle courses, and a high walk obstacle course with harnesses. The older kids loved this, they kept going around and around to get on the zipline. The staff were also friendly and helpful, from signing waivers to helping the kids with rides/courses. They even let us trade in our old altitude socks for their brand new socks at no charge. We'll be back!
Had my daughter birthday party here. Normally I am a person that tips but I honestly did not tip the host. There was only maybe two employees that had a smile. I really wish I could give a better review of the place. The best I can say is my daughter had fun. To the employees I'd say share a smile.
We had the best time! Clean and super fun for all ages 4, 8, 9, 12, 13! We will definitely be back! Think about adjusting your membership contract to 3 months for summer, you may get more to sign on, a year is a long time!
When we arrived today, all the adults paid and we had two children with us. Nothing was explained as we arrived, we just kept getting complaint after complaint from the staff about what kind of socks and bracelets we needed- all while we were trying to keep an eye on our two and three year old children and AFTER they cleared us to go. Please stop rolling eyes and acting like your customers are idiots upon arrival. The time to explain that your rule and policies is when we get there and pay. Also, if you’re going to hound people about what kind of socks to wear, make sure your whole team knows the rules themselves as we ALL paid and one didn’t get a bracelet, then one staff member said my casual socks were fine, and another says the opposite. Get it together. We have no problem with rules and policies, but this was ridiculous trying to watch toddlers and having sulky teenagers on staff acting like you’re a problem for being there.
