We booked a party for my daughter tonight and I just don't have enough words for all the amazing things I have to say about the three you men who were working tonight!! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. There were some issues with the carts so we had to do the party a little out of order but they made it absolutely amazing!! We started off with the labomba and to be so tiny, that thing is so fast and so much fun! Then we bowled while the carts were charging and that was so much fun and the young men (I wish I would have gotten their names! They were all so amazing! ) were so helpful. The place was absolutely PACKED and with only the three of them there they made our first experience there so much fun! They definitely could have used help but you could tell they were having a great time and being so helpful to everyone there! The pizza was amazing! We had an accident after one of our members got off the labomba and they worked as quickly as they could to clean it up (even after myself and another mom in our group insisted we'd clean it up, they insisted and had a smile on their faces all night. I wish I would have gotten their names because I'd love to be able to give them the recognition they definitely deserve!! 10/10 we will 100% be backany times!! Thank y'all so much for such an amazing time!!
ONE STAR FOR THE BROWN BROTHER WITH THE BRACES AND THE CURLY BLACK HAIR. "His service" earned the star, otherwise I would have had to leave it per Google requirement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS PLACE. I'm going to give you a list of reasons why: 1. The owners overwork, under pay and under appreciate their employees. I AM TYPING FACTS NOT OPINION, I do my research. You never know who is walking into your business. 2.When we checked in, this being our first time visiting, the brother with the brown dreads and blonde tips only used head nodding to answer my questions. I immediately wanted to leave, but we drove over an hour to get to the venue. So I was not going to let a non-verbal ruin the excitement for my girls. 3. As we made purchases for the arcade, the prices seem reasonable, but the charge for the game play is extortion. The time limit on the game is wayyyy to short for the credit amount it charges. 4. There is maintenance equipment lined up against the back wall looking ghetto. 5.We spent over $200 there quickly and unfortunately the lanes was the only area I felt we got the value for what we paid which was a fraction of what we spent. Not only that, the gas to travel there. 6. Also, we got there an hour after the venue opened. There was only 1 couple there with two boys that were on the go carts. I took my girls to the "WOMENS" bathroom. UTTER DISGUST!!! Only one stall had tissue, the other stalls had dried up urine on the seats. 7. The prizes for the tickets look like they are out of a multipack at the dollar tree. The ticket requirements for these prizes are ridiculous. A ball out of the bubble gum machine for 100 tickets. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED and I refuse to support people like that. 7 REASONS TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. We will NEVER revisit this place again, and I hope the young man there finds a better place to work. I place that will show him they appreciate the service he provides. Let me repeat, the only reason why they got 1 star. The other young man did get a little better, but after doing some digging, I understand why he was responding like he did. He doesn't get paid enough to be professional.
