Loved it. My friend won lots of ribbons. You really do need to attend the classes to understand whats going on. It is difficult to connect to the committees. Once you understand the rukes and enter properly, the judges are helpful and ribbons are attainable. There are many, many animal categories.
Went to the fair on Friday night, which was opening night. The buildings were not open to the public. Only 4 food stands were open. I remember when I was younger and going to the fair opening night and everything was open. Well I guess I won't be supporting my local 4H as they can't get their stuff together.
It was a nice small fair. Would recommend it to all who have children. $22 pass for all rides was a great deal.
The tractor pull is a blast! MY wife and I go every year and she enjoys it just as much as I do. Not to mention the fair food is always great!
