Came here with a group and everyone was amazing!! The entire team is so amazing, kind, friendly and accommodating! We had kids ranging from 6yo to 15. Everyone had a blast and the parents even got in on the fun!! Thank you again!
This place is a dump. Told my grandson he was tall enough for gocarts. Couldn’t reach the accelerator. Stalled cart. It was a dangerous situation. They let him sit there with carts whizzing around. Dangerous!!! Would not refund. No adults were on site. It was all teens in charge.
Went to celebrate my daughter’s early birthday- she wanted to do the gyroscope ride! She rode twice !!! Fisher was GREAT! he mentioned it was recently his birthday as well! Gave great customer service. Super friendly. Polite! Next time we will do the slide!!! Thanks Fisher for making this such a fun experience!!!!
This place was gross!!! We had a few sketchy things happen and I asked for a refund because we wanted to leave and they would not. My daughter needed to use the restroom while she was up on the ropes course and they told her she wouldn't be able to go back up afterwards. We were the only ones there. So I asked if there was a manager or someone I could speak to after they repeatedly told me she couldn't. Finally they let her but then told her she only had 10 minutes left when she went back. No one ever said anything about a time limit after I paid $17 per child JUST for the ropes course. I was highly irritated. The bathroom was disgusting. It felt like they did not want us there and maybe it's just a cover up place or a way for someone to clean money because this place was not taken care of and the price they charge is ridiculous! (Don't turn your flash light on in mini golf 😬) Do no recommend taking your children here.
