The atmosphere is great and welcoming. I went here for a birthday party not the long ago and it was a great experience. Me and My friends had a great time racing. The edition of also having an account so when you come back you have stats to compare to is brilliant. Sadly the outdoor section was closed do to cold weather, but thats one of the many reasons I want to come back.
Super friendly and helpful people. Safety rules appropriate but not overdone. It was my first time on an indoor track, and only 2nd time ever in a go kart, so I don't have much experience to compare. But for a beginner at 62, they made me feel really comfortable. We were there midweek early in the day so we had the whole track to ourselves, it was awesome!!!!
I brought my son, Lincoln to Pioneer Valley Indoor Karting for his 10th Birthday. It was an amazing experience. The staff treated him great. We will tell all our friends!
My first time coming here, and first time on proper karts. Had a great experience, and lots of fun. The karts are indeed the fastest in MA, and are generally kept up well. My only complaints are the kind of lackluster staff. They help with basic questions, and are friendly. However, they don't seem to enforce the rules at all during races. Much bumping, ramming, and t-boning. When rideres crashed, no yellow "flag" or yellow light comes on, they just turn you around.
