Our family had an incredible experience at Track 3! The attractions were exciting, the facilities were clean, and there was plenty to do for all ages. From the go-karts to the arcade games, everything was well-maintained and made for a fun-filled day. What really made our visit special was the outstanding customer service. The manager went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience, taking the time to answer questions and make guests feel welcome. It's clear that they genuinely care about both their team and their customers. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend The Track to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly destination with exceptional service!
We visited The Track in Branson excited to spend the entire day enjoying the attractions and purchased all-day passes with the intention of riding multiple tracks. Unfortunately, after only two rides, our experience was cut short due to safety concerns and how those concerns were handled by management. Our first ride was on the wooden track and started out great. While riding with my 8-year-old, another driver intentionally rammed our kart, pushing us into an area where we came to an abrupt stop and were jolted forward. This happened directly in front of a track employee, who did nothing. After taking a break, other members of our family continued to another track. During that ride, my daughter's kart stalled on the track and the same driver hit her directly. She was shaken up, developed a headache, and no longer wanted to ride any attractions for the rest of the day. When we reported the incident to management, we were disappointed by the response. We explained that this was the same individual involved in the earlier collision, yet he was simply told to "be careful" and to watch out for younger drivers. The conversation seemed to imply that my daughter was somehow responsible, despite being the one whose stalled kart had been struck. We were told the park has a "zero tolerance" policy for aggressive driving. However, the driver was allowed to continue riding without any consequence, despite multiple incidents and several bystanders who confirmed what had happened. A zero-tolerance policy is only effective if it is enforced. To management's credit, they did provide a refund when we requested one. However, we were also told that they "didn't have to" provide a refund and that we should be thankful we were receiving one. While we appreciated getting our money back, that response felt dismissive given that two members of our family had been injured and our day had effectively been ruined. I do want to recognize the two young men at the front desk who were professional, helpful, and empathetic. They listened to our concerns and suggested other tracks that they felt were more strictly monitored. Their customer service stood in stark contrast to our experience with management. My biggest concern is that repeated unsafe behavior was not addressed, and a young rider was left feeling as though she was somehow at fault after being hit. I hope management takes a closer look at how these situations are handled in the future. Better enforcement of safety policies and more effective leadership when addressing customer concerns would go a long way toward ensuring families can enjoy their visit safely.
We had a Blast. We got the all day pass. I just wish we would have known the price before we went. Everything I seen on the internet said the all day pass was 45. It was 65 + tax per a person. You will get your monies worth but for 5 people it was 365.00. There was no where to buy online to save some money.
This experience took me back to my childhood. I had an amazing time with my family. We had a mini road trip as we traveled to our destination. We definitely created great memories. The staff we're super interactive and supportive on the attractions. I'd refer this place as a family getaway for sure! π«Ά
