The experience started out well, and I liked that they use electric go-karts. However, the biggest issue is that they remotely control the kart speeds, which takes away from the driving experience. What concerned me most was the safety system. They can remotely stop karts in emergencies, but according to the manager, the signal doesn't always reach every kart. During my race, a kart in front of me was stopped and couldn't move. Since I couldn't pass, another driver ended up crashing into the back of my kart. Later, my own kart was stopped by the system and remained stuck for about a full lap while everyone else drove around me. I was genuinely worried that someone would hit me. I reported these safety concerns to the manager, but instead of listening, he kept interrupting me and explaining why the system works that way. He seemed more interested in dismissing the issue than understanding the actual safety risk. In front of other customers and staff, his attitude came across as unprofessional. To his credit, he added 24 points back to my card, which I appreciated, but that wasn't really the point. The safety issues still need to be addressed. Just be careful if you decide to go there.

First time here and was pretty good. Took advice of others and went to the red track for myself and son. Track is ok, just a spiral up and down, but disappointed that the karts are soooo at the bottom but automatically speed up when you go up the spiral track. Wish they were gas powered so we can go fast all the time. Nonetheless, it was fun for us.

We had a really fun time riding the go karts. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The red track is better as the karts don't slow down too much so you can actually pass. Really fun and good value for money.

Okay this was so fun! Definitely go right when it opens so you can get lots of rides in before it gets busier. We did the 2-hour wristband and definitely felt like we got good value out of it. We got to do 8 to 12 runs each.
