I been coming to this location since driven raceway, K1 Speed and now Nitro City Racing. The staff members are hardworking and really nice people to talk to. I been offered by one of the old mechanics to get posted on the website and they were really nice pictures. A lot of these 1-3 star reviews are complete lies. These other reviews say the workers aren’t hardworking or dedicated people, but it’s people like them who give them a hard time and make there job 2x worse then it has to be, especially when it’s on a busy day when they try to get stuff done fast and not rush stuff. But the Rohnert park location needs to be invested in more then the Fairfield one, The Rohnert park location doesn’t even have a league night, when there is faster people here then in Fairfield. But overall love the Rohnert park location.
We had such a fun time here today! We were celebrating my sons’ birthday- Louie helped us at the front and the other staff was so helpful. It was a bit quiet being a holiday morning- still great service and thanks for being so helpful on our first visit.
My wife and I had our 10 year-old daughter’s birthday party here on an early Saturday afternoon with 6 girls, 1 boy, 2-3 toddlers and four 4-5 adults. The amazing staff and crew worked great together to make sure the entire party was having fun. The quality in the food and service more than exceeded our expectations. Not to mention quite a few of the adults scheduled date nights as they left the kids party. Thank you to the girls at both counters that insured our experience was one to remember.
