Terrible first experience. The front desk is super nice, but the staff in the lap don’t really do anything even if people hit you on purpose. This is supposed to be a non-contact sport, yet I got slammed three damn times by the same person in just 12 laps. My ankle’s scratched up, my shoulder’s bruised, and my helmet nearly got knocked off. I even got stuck on the track because of it. And what’s worse? Nothing happened to the group of people who kept ramming into me and my friend on purpose. It’s ridiculous! are there no rules, or do they just not apply to some people? Absolute waste of time. The staff have no idea what they’re doing, and the drivers act like reckless idiots with no respect. Also the staff ‘forgot’ to put our name on the list, so we waited for 40+mins for this shitty experience.

We had an amazing time! My seven year old had the time of his life. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d recommend k1 any day. I can’t wait to bring my son back around the holidays.

Amazing place. Looking forward to come again. Could make the prices a little better though and the wait times could be shorter. But other than that, it’s amazing.

Great place, staff was awesome. Our 3rd race fell through the cracks and when we brought it to their attention they were more than willing to help. Our crew got the next race and they let just the 4 of us go out on the track to battle it out. Couldn’t have asked for a better ending to a great birthday with good friends!
