The facility is awesome - been here before. The management needs to be fired. They are unresponsive, not returning calls, delaying emails. We tried to book a party event - after a few weeks of trying to get hold to the manager, she finally wrote back, offering a date and time, then the next email from her was that the contract link that she send (she never did) was expired and the slot is gone. Then I saw the reviews and to no surprise, other people also have problems with them. If anyone corporate is reading this - it's not way to run a business. I'd recommend to stay away from this facility until they significantly boost the customer service.

I'm sorry to write a mediocre review, but our experience was disappointing. We visited on Xmas day so the place was mostly empty, there were no waiting lines. It's well established, built and maintained. Free parking lot, comfortable seating, clean restrooms. We enjoyed bowling and then had pizza and fries, the service was good, everything was pricey but on par with other places like Dave & Buster, TopGolf etc. The electric karts are great and the race track offers a good level of excitement and challenge. I agreed to let our teenage kids ride, despite the high price ($28 for one race), and was annoyed by the long and cumbersome registration process. They require all the personal and contact info of each person, even if you're visiting from another state and don't need or want to be in their system (and have them share your info with other companies, or send you frequent emails). And worse: they require buying a membership for each player, which brings the price up to $37 per person :-/ The race was pretty short considering the price, it ends when someone completes 12 laps. On Xmas day there were no other people there, they could have let the kids enjoy a few more minutes, but didn't :-/ Overall- we had some fun with the family over the holiday, that was the main attraction for us. But we would not return to this place in our next visits to NY, it probably gets crowded and loud when full.

K1 Speed has great facilities, but the management is extremely poor. I visited last Monday and was one of the first customers there. I purchased races for my kids and myself. I’m confident I had already paid for races in advance during a previous visit and that the information should be in their system, but since I didn’t keep the receipt, I understand that part is on me. After paying, the front desk staff suggested that my kids race first while I waited because the adult track wasn’t ready. When it was finally my turn, I was told the track was booked for parties until 2:00 PM. This was never communicated beforehand. Only after I complained did they suggest I might be able to race in between parties—without any clear timing or guarantee. That is not acceptable after paying in advance. This wasn’t an isolated incident. During a previous visit, there was also a scheduling issue, and instead of resolving it properly, we were given arcade cards just to keep the kids entertained while waiting. That might be a temporary distraction, but it doesn’t fix the underlying problem. What makes this even more frustrating is that I drove 35 minutes each way to get there. A business like this should clearly communicate track availability and provide an online schedule so customers can plan ahead instead of wasting time and money. On top of that, my brother attempted to organize a company holiday party at this location and never received a response, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Initially, we assumed it was due to the holiday season, but after my experience, it’s obvious that poor communication and lack of organization are ongoing issues. The racing itself is fun, but the overall customer experience is frustrating and poorly handled. Between repeated scheduling problems, lack of communication, and unresponsive staff, this location falls far short of expectations. The facility has a lot of potential, but management seriously needs to improve.

I took three kids to K1 speed in Mount Kisco. I’ve been there many times before, especially when it was under the older ownership. I’ve even done two birthday parties there. The prices have skyrocketed since it became K1. $28 to go in the ninja course per kid and there was only one employee working the entire climbing wall section so only two kids could be in there at a time. Also, The one element that my kids like to go on the most was shut down for who knows what reason. That section is huge and should accommodate plenty more than two kids! The racing was over $100 for three kids to do one race. And what they don’t tell you is, you’re done as soon as the fastest person in your race finishes. We had some serious racing gentleman in our group, so one of my kids only got to do five laps. My other two, who were more experienced, got in nine. However, the race was over because the fastest racer did his 12. It was literally over in five minutes. Oh, and on top of it, a grown man in our racing group flipped off my youngest because he was going to slow. Don’t get me wrong, this is a very fun place, but it seemed understaffed, at least in the ninja area, and the prices are outrageous. I guess everything is priced outrageously these days though so maybe this is just par for the course.

Super fun atmosphere, arcades of all sorts and genres. First time taking the kids to the Grand Prix section and they had a blast. Staff is very responsible and attentive. We did bowling the last time we went and it was also a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or any city close by. For us it’s only a 27min ride away it was well worth it!
