The place is fun brought my son for the first time for his birthday. Only negative thing is During our visit, a staff member approached my son and raised his voice, saying “do that again and I’m going to kick you out.” This was upsetting because an earlier team member had explicitly shown us that spinning the go-kart in that area was allowed. I understand safety is important, but addressing a child in a threatening tone in a kid-friendly environment is inappropriate. Please remind staff that they are working with children and to use calm, respectful language when correcting behavior. I’d appreciate steps to prevent this from happening to other families.

Tonight i came in for the first with my kids and It was almost closing Joshua the manager explained to me we could only get 5 minutes even though the other employees try to take him out of it and I explained i owned the restaurant in the mall and I could get here an earlier and he made sure we had our 5 minutes. I will be back because that great service My kids appreciate him for giving us the chance WE HAD FUN

We were very impressed with Andre, he was very attentive to the safety of the children. It was very evident that he loves his job and cares the customers.

Dam This place was awesome a place for big kids aka us adults I came with 3 grown adults and 2 kids i think we had more fun the kids For 15 minutes we were kids again and we came to mall for dinner and my son kept screaming to see the dinosaur and we walked by and it was quite busy but the gentleman explained everything and we payed and get in line. I need one of this back in Michigan

It was perfect for my hyper active son who loves to run around he loved the call of duty nerf wars and everyone was so patient and kind to him
