Great service and everything we needed in a compact space. We had a birthday party there for our 13 year old and loved it. First, the price was great for all that we got (2h of go karts, laser tag and games). We had space for food and cake. We didn't have to wait long for seating on the go karts (at most one race) and the laser tag was nearly immediate. Everyone had a blast.

Small arcade room but it’s fun. There’s laser tag upstairs along with pool tables. The go karts are the main attraction. For 6 kids I paid $230-$300. Not bad at all!! Your kids will enjoy it. Please remember they have 2 parking lots so don’t worry if you can’t find a spot in front of door. Go to the other side of the track. Your car will be safe.

This place has been around forever but the arcade is totally up-to-date, there are numerous go-karts of each type (speed, single, and double), the facility is clean, and the staff were polite and well-trained. It's quite far from where we live, but worth the drive nonetheless because the prices are reasonable and it was super fun for an easy family outing. Highly recommend.

A Sunday well spent with my family. Very friendly staff, clean environment and lots of fun to go around for hours. We are definitely going back in the near future. Barbara is amazing!! Highly recommend this spot for a family fun day.

We visited Go-Kart Raceway with our kids expecting a fun afternoon. Unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. - Several staff members were noticeably rude and unhelpful when we asked simple questions or pointed out problems. - A large number of arcade games and attractions were out of order (at least 40-50% of the machines we tried either ate credits, wouldn't start, or were completely shut off with no "out of order" signs). - The go-karts themselves had long delays. - When we asked for even a partial refund because so much of what we paid for was unavailable, the manager flatly refused and offered nothing. We've been to many family entertainment centers and understand that things occasionally break, but the combination of broken equipment, poor customer service, and zero willingness to make it right left us feeling completely ripped off. We spent well over $150 and left after less than an hour. I hope management uses feedback like this to improve staffing and maintenance, because right now we can't recommend this place to anyone and we definitely won't be returning.
