They keep raising their prices exponentially and are not putting any of it back into the track. The weeds are four feet high. The facility in general is just continuing to degrade.

This place was fun, but they got rid of Throttle-Therapy Thursdays (half-off karting). Think this happened when Burt Brothers took over. Staff is super unorganized at dishing out races, although their computer system looks awful so I can't blame the teens working there.

Carts are fun but the staff is disorganized and often unprofessional in the years I have gone out there. Including most recently letting an entire large heat worth of people ahead of those who arrived initially, but who cares who arrived first! We'll make it so hard for those there first to fill out their paperwork, not tell anyone about the easy way until another large party arrives, and refuse to actually sell those who arrived first the early ticket. A joke of customer service

New review: I have since bought a kart and am private kart practice and races are much better ran. The people and teams there are great and helpful. I upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars. I would recommend if you own a kart but rental karting is still not quite up to par as other places I have been. Old review: TLDR: Very poor management, Not Safe, no timing system for rental karts. Just go to K1. I have been there a few times and participated in 2 arrive n drive events. Every arrive n drive event was terrible and a huge waste of money. The karts were constantly overheating making the race starts bad. I was supposed to start P9 but everyone karts overheated and I was the last person to get restarted and they started the race before I could even get to my grid spot while I was still 2 corners until the straight. Racing standards during the race is just awful with new people spinning others or passing on the formation lap. There was in incident in a race where someone crashed hard into a wall and not a single staff raised a finger to even wave a yellow flag or check on the kid. The parents had to bring it to the attention of the EMS. The manger then just said "it's not our job to manage safety" For just renting sessions on karting (non races) you don't get any times at all, so there is no reason to go because you cannot improve yourself if you don't know the time.

So fun! I've been there twice in the past couple months and I've had a great time both times (both with different people who loved it too). They give a paper at the end that shows lap times, splits, and everything else. Staff, racing, and just overall experience has all been so amazing! 10/10 going again soon!
