I am a little late on my review. But I just wanted to say this is my second time coming to Cajun fast track. It’s fun and the atmosphere is nice not just for kids but adults as well. Most of the time I go usually farther out to bring my kids but this place is worth going to. My son and nephew had a blast. The staff was really nice and helpful especially the manager Ms Dawn, she ensured that we were able to save and have a great experience. I thank you so much and we will back! Y’all out there go bring your kids to Cajun Fast Track!
The manger is so helpful and nice! My daughter had an issue and she took care of it right away! She was beyond helpful and really cares about the place! Also it was very clean and my kids had tons of fun! We will definitely be back! I also used seize the deal! It was a blast, staff is very friendly, and everyone was very helpful!
So many new upgrades new machines, new go carts and birthdays available new signage out front this place is really looking good. If you haven’t been here in a while make sure to check it out
We arrived and between our two families we spent $300 to do all attractions. They happily take your money but don’t explain a single rule/requirement. We go to do go karts first and we are instantly told that you MUST have closed toe shoes. This is not posted anywhere up front, or anywhere at the track. OR EVEN MENTIONED WHEN CHECKING OUT. Keep in mind this place is right next door to the pool/rv park where 90% of their business comes from. Everyone has sandals. Next we go to laser tag, where the attendant tells us, “we only have 4 working guns, so only 4 people can play at a time.” What a joke. Next we go to mini golf- no score cards. Lastly we use our arcade credits. One game alone we won 300 “tickets”. We then go to cash everything in. The lady says “you have 2 tickets”. We inform her there is no way because on one game along we hit the jackpot of 300. She then says “this has been an issue- we’ve been telling them some of the games are not issuing the tickets as they should and they need to close those games.” WHAT A JOKE. This place has drastically went down hill from a few years ago when we were last here.
