Showed up on a Saturday around 5. The lady there was very helpful. My go kart was moving slowly, she swapped me out no problem. My son made a few mistakes pulling in, she was very patient with him.
They only have one employee there even on saturdays. If you're not there right when the one employee is actually at the ticket counter, you're not going to see her for at least another 45 minutes to an hour.
