Awesome place for a premium family experience. Clean and well organized throughout with knowledgeable staff. Online waiver was a must with a little help needed to get checked in. Everything was scheduled and little of fun with a vibrant area for all ages. A place that is safe for everyone. A nice selection of cocktails and food if needed. An excellent place for a corporate team builder or private party. Prices are premium. Parking is good. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous facility! Beautiful family experience, with lots of sections of interesting games, High speed Go-karts, Laser tags and more for different age groups. Very spacious, airy an clean. The viewing area for the Go-kart is 2 levels for a fun experience. I love that there was also a bar area for parents to have some nice adults juice 🍸 🍸 and chats while watching and waiting on their kids, if not partaking in the physical or mental fun 😀

We purchased the Gold Package but were never informed that it would expire after just one day. Because of this, we lost about $100 worth of unused activities (six in total). When we returned the next day to redeem them, we found out they were no longer valid. We brought the issue to the manager, but were told there was no way to help or recover the activities, which was very disappointing. Aside from this issue, the overall experience was okay and most of the staff were helpful. A special shout-out to Sam—she was excellent and provided great services.

Needed to kill some time in Dallas so we found this place! Glad we did because it was super fun! Tons of arcade games, it made me feel like a kid again. I went with my boyfriend and we’re both competitive people so it was really nice to let loose. The atmosphere and decor were really well put together. The place was very big and spacious. The racing karts were definitely the highlight of the evening. Helmets and safety gear are a given, but it’s pretty short. The karts go SO FAST! I ended up feeling like an old lady because everyone was speeding past me…multiple times lol. Very fun if you’re someone who’s into this type of thing.

My family went over the holiday weekend; we had a nice time. Did the adult race track which was quite fun with sick spots. We did our waivers online before arriving which made the process faster. Some the games were down; some getting serviced. The games with the balls need attention from the staff..skeeball one game had only 3 balls where another had too many. The basketball game same thing…one had no balls, mine had four, my husbands had five; so we added to the game that had none so that our child could play. The games need to be checked. FYI we went30 minutes after it opened; so it was not crowded…which shows the games were not serviced properly. Other than that; the place was cool looking with nice staff. The race track person was very quick at helping drivers that would get stuck. Very comfortable seating area on the top level to watch the racers ✨
