Very disappointed with our experience celebrating my daughter's birthday with her friends. We were charged twice, the children missed activities that were included in the party package, and the bathrooms were not working. We were never informed beforehand and were told to use a nearby gas station instead. Customer service refused a refund, claiming it was an online purchase, even though only the deposit was paid online and the remaining balance was paid in the store. Their only solution was a store gift card or having the kids come back another day, which was not realistic. Overall, we did not receive the experience we paid for.
I had a great time hanging out with my 16 y/o grandson. It was my first time doing laser tag and the attendant was patient and very helpful. The games in the arcade were lots of fun too
Amp Up is a nice place for indoor fun. The go-karts are definitely a highlight, though the ride time is pretty short at just 10 minutes, which feels a bit expensive for what you get. That said, I have to give a shoutout to the young staff—they’re all friendly, helpful, and polite, which really adds to the overall experience.
