I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this obstacle course. During our visit, a child was walking across one of the elevated obstacles when a wooden beam broke beneath her. Thankfully, the safety harness prevented a much more serious outcome, but the experience was terrifying. She was extremely shaken, emotional, and left in tears. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than taking the incident seriously, the manager dismissed our concerns with little more than an apology. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the severity of what had happened, no reassurance about the safety of the course, and no indication that the obstacle would be immediately inspected or closed to protect other guests. The condition of the course raised serious concerns about maintenance and safety. No one should have to worry about equipment failing while they are suspended in the air. I also left feeling uncomfortable with how our concerns were treated. While I cannot know what motivated the response, the dismissive way we were treated left me with the feeling that it may have been influenced by racial bias, and it raised troubling questions for me about whether we would have received a different level of concern under different circumstances. I hope the company takes this incident seriously, thoroughly inspects its course, and prioritizes guest safety so that no one else experiences what we did. Attached are photos of the broken beam!!
This place is awesome!!! We hosted my daughter’s 16th birthday here and they had a blast! Sign up online and reserve your go-kart tickets they sell out fast.
Our party host Maliyah was the best! The girls had such a great time and Maliyah always made sure they were engaged and able to do the activities they were wanting to do. She jumped in and helped get the laser tag vests on, get the go karts going and even found us a special golden 7 candle for our cake! Definitely worth the birthday package price.
We had an amazing experience celebrating our son’s birthday here! The facility was clean, organized, and the kids had an incredible time. A special thank you to our birthday host, Melia. She was absolutely outstanding!
