We drove all the way here on Wednesday evening because online it clearly said they were open until 9 PM. We got there around ~7:45 and the place was already closed. The employees told us they decided to shut down early since there weren’t many people and it costs money to keep the lights on. That was honestly shocking to hear as a customer. They called the manager to ask what to do, and even he said they were supposed to still be open but they still didn’t reopen or let anyone in. We planned this as a fun evening activity with friends who were visiting from out of state, and it completely fell apart. Huge waste of time and very disappointing customer service

The karts were really fast, and the track layout was very technical. However, the reliability of the karts were not so great. On my first run, my right front tyre blew out. I didn’t crash or anything, but I did have to retire from that session. They do give a refunded race if that happens though. Secondly, the karts performance was not constant between each of them. Not horrible, but noticeable. Still a great place to go too. They even sometimes have real cars racing on one of their circuits!

This location will close for private events and not provide that information to the general public. This is a long drive for many to make, only to arrive and be told it's closed to the public. The ownership could at least have the decency to put an automated message on their phone line, website, or Google to let the public know.
