My husband and I really enjoy this karting location. The space is always very clean and the staff is very attentive while on the kart course. We really enjoy the app to keep track of our times and having the option to see what other people have for track times as well. It can be filtered for specifics too, which is great! We recently had my husbands 35th birthday at the location. The event coordinator was so tentative with making sure details were taken care of. We even had a few last minute guests and they were absolutely amazing with accommodating the extra guests. They were very tentative during the entire event. Everyone was registered smoothly, the food was great and always replenished (if needed). The room also has a great view of the track. It was super fun to watch people drive while we ate. We were also able to bring in decorations and dessert the day before, which decreased any possible pre-party stress. Strongly recommend this location for events or to just enjoy some racing.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at On Track Karting in Wallingford. We spent time and money playing the arcade games, but when it came time to redeem our tickets, the staff refused to honor them. An employee named Jenna told us we had to wait for the manager, Christie, to handle the redemption. We waited patiently for 30 minutes, only to be told after all that time that the manager was "too busy" and we would have to keep waiting indefinitely. The behavior was incredibly rude and dismissive of our time. My kids were so pissed off and left upset. If you’re going to offer games, you should be able to fulfill the prizes without making families wait nearly an hour just to be turned away. Unacceptable service.

Thrilling Go-Karting Experience – A Must-Visit! Had an absolute blast at On Track Karting’s Go Time! This place is perfect for anyone looking for a fun and competitive go-karting experience. The track is well-designed, with exciting turns and straights that really test your driving skills. The karts are fast, well-maintained, and easy to handle, making it a great experience for both beginners and experienced racers. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring safety while still keeping the excitement level high. They explain the rules well and make sure everyone is comfortable before hitting the track. The facility is clean and well-organized, adding to the overall great experience. One of the best things is that you can actually feel the adrenaline rush as you race against friends or other drivers. The lap timing system makes it even more competitive and fun. If you love speed and racing, this is definitely a must-visit spot. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back for another round! 🏎️💨

I cannot say enough great things about Go Time. The staff there were amazing, very attentive, polite and safety driven. The track offers a very unique experience with exciting turns and enough space to build speed in between the turns. The equipment is well maintained and the place is very clean. They offer racing for both children and adults. Definitely a must try. My son and I had a blast!!

Highly recommend! Every single employee there was kind, considerate, professional, and safety is a top priority. We went there today and one of our riders decided it was not for him after about a minute. The staff were so kind and helped him safely exit the track. After our other racer finished the race we were playing in the arcade. Destiny came up and told me they would refund his ride. I was shocked! I was totally not expecting that. The whole experience was excellent for us newbies. Destiny was amazingly kind and provided us with an excellent experience. Every single staff member on the track (and in the building) was patient, kind, understanding, and professional. I highly recommend bringing your family here. It was an extremely positive experience. No one made our timid racer feel bad about his decision to stop, and anyone with children understands how utterly important that is when kids try new things and step out of their comfort zones. Well done!!!
