Giving three stars for the go karting experience and for the staff member who was running back and forth to get our “heat” the proper foot equipment. Had a group of 12 of us. Did not feel welcomed when we first walked in. Staff was clueless, unhappy, nonchalant, and hungover? It was giving hungover vibes, tired no energy no care to be there. We had to figure out the process ourselves. Been to many go karts, pioneer valley… and let me tell you the difference in customer service. Walked in and not one staff member approached us on what to do. I guess they thought we’ve been here before ? Still idk , not even a “hey guys, how’s it going…” or a “ have you guys been here before “, or please register first. I mean we all know every trampoline park and go kart requires registration that’s not the issue. It was the lack of communication. Dropped 120 at this place at least you can have some type of enthusiasm. Maybe there’s a mistreatment in staff ? If there is I can tell , we all can tell. Place has a potential and had a bar 🍷🍸🍹🍺! Just needs revamp of staffing. Can’t have people working front desk if their giving off “I don’t wanna be here” , “my job sucks”. If you can disregard the front desk staff you’ll have a blast. Definitely a go karting experience. For the poor gentleman who had to run back and forth to get little slippers for our drivers who had Yeezy on god bless you , hope you get a raise. Don’t know how the front end staff missed that. If they were more alert and more educated on their job that would’ve saved you the hassle of running back and forth just to get us going !

Not too expensive as far as track experiences go. Track itself was top notch and the karts are no joke either.. some of the better karting I’ve taken part in. Simple process to get started and everything went smooth start to finish. Would HIGHLY recommend. Great fun P.S: Theres no reason a beginner with 0 experience can’t race on this track. That being said, you will be on the track with at least 5 other people the vast majority of the time, so be prepared to let people pass you if you’re inexperienced because there are pretty serious drivers that come here and fly

The staff on the track look and act miserable, very short and rude with you. They don’t watch what people on the track are doing which leads to people doing things they shouldn’t. My wife and I almost got flipped over because they didn’t watch a group of guys being irresponsible. Would never go back, what a shame.

I went to the place and we all got kicked out because were black. We’re all over 18 and it was 5pm. There was like 4 white people that went inside and they let them in but someone there kicked us out Because we’re “bad trouble” so that’s my honest review.
