Super fun experience for the kids. Booked a slot for a bday party of 10 kids and all went super smoothly. Great timing and the team was very helpful with the sequence, transition and food. Highly recommend

We had a reservation for 5:30 PM, but despite arriving on time, we were forced to wait over 20 minutes before my child was allowed onto the track. Even worse, he was not placed into the current race without any clear explanation. The whole race organization makes very little sense. There are apparently “rows” or groups, but no age-based separation. My child was placed in a group with adult men (around 9 people on the track), while the neighboring group consisted only of children. Obviously, this made him uncomfortable — racing with kids and racing with adult men are completely different experiences, both physically and psychologically. No one offered to move him to the children’s group or even acknowledged the issue. What was especially frustrating: • Between races, other children from a different row were released onto the track (only 3 kids total), while my son was left waiting again. • When you purchase two races, you expect them to run back-to-back, as is standard in most karting places. That did not happen here. • For 5 minutes of actual driving, you easily spend an hour or more waiting. On top of all that, the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. No explanations, no effort to communicate — just a very dismissive attitude. Considering the very high price (around $60 for two races), this level of organization and customer service is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience overall. We will not be coming back.

I started racing here in September 2024 and now I race consistently and am trying to go pro. This place sparked a huge passion for me and I’ve made so many memories, learned lessons, made lifelong friends… I have seen immature parents who don’t understand safety precautions, reckless drivers, insane crashes, etc. and people can complain about it all they want, but they can’t say anything about the staff. If you get stressed out about what you see, imagine working with that every single day. They have to deal with so much and it’s definitely hard to stay calm at times and they always manage to do so. I have so much respect for all the workers, some of which who have supported me and helped me for over a year now and I’ll forever be grateful for, such as Corrie, Matt, Tedd, Maya, etc. This is genuinely one of the most important places to me. I’ve made so many great memories and it has inspired me to keep going. Especially league night! So next time don’t complain about what goes on if you’re not a consistent racer like my friends and I are and you don’t understand basic concepts like respect, patience, and that refunds sometimes are not allowed!!!

Awesome place and all for the go-karting but they completely cancelled on us for my birthday party when they said we should be ready to race around 5:00 in the afternoon. We arrived and everybody was signed in and they then said that we had to wait until 9:00 and they “Don’t do partys on the weekends” despite telling us on the phone that it would be ready for 5:00 😢. We weren’t planning on staying at the mall until 9. Some people had to go back home around that time and it kind of upset me that my planned birthday was suddenly cancelled. I gave an extra star because it’s a fun place when they don’t cancel on you for your birthday and make you sad and bummed out for the rest of the day, or should I say your birthday 😔.

I… really dont usually leave reviews, but they have really managed to make this place worse with new ownership and it’s seriously frustrating. We had to wait 1.5hrs (honestly the least of my complaints, but they were much less efficient at having races going constantly than under previous ownership), but then they wouldn’t give us the full speed of the karts… one race they gave us what might’ve been the full speed, but the second race everyone in the race was driving 4s slower laps because of the low speed, and everyone’s lap times were essentially the same because there was very little skill expression and it was super hard to pass. I also think they might’ve gotten rid of the daily/weekly/all-time leaderboards so we didn’t get to see what good times were. If you want to be at all competitive about racing, this place is really not the place. What sucks is that it used to be a lot better under the previous ownership. It still had lots of room for improvement, but it didn’t feel like a waste of money like it did after this. Maybe on less busy days it’s somewhat better, but I they handled this poorly.
