It was a fun experience but I think there is room for improvement. The track wasn’t what we expected and we requested a refund but it was not granted. It was definitely a fun time and might be a bit overpriced but Go Karts aren’t cheap and it’s a great experience. I just hope in the future that they would give out refunds or at least let you lower the amount of races you run because the way they handle has lost them a customer at least for the time being. I hope that other can find enjoyment with it but for the price, I think they should give refunds because people would be more likely to return. If they had refunded us, we might have considered returning in the future and simply buying less races. I would appreciate if the business reads this and takes the advice but if not, best wishes. Such a great place to hang out on a rainy day or an option for birthday parties!! The kids love this place from ages 6-18 (must be 48 inches tall.) Even as adults we had a great time racing the kids and they have adult carts which could be fun for a work outing idea. The carts go faster than the ones in Shelby Twnshp, which is great for older kids. Highly recommend. Staff are fun and helpful!

We came from Indiana for our daughter’s birthday and just happened to stop by. She was overwhelmed at first and didn’t want to do it until the staff took their time to show her how everything works, let her sit in a car and get comfortable. Eventually she decided she was ready to race (after playing laser tag and jumping next store) and not only did she win, she talked smack the whole time… The entire experience was due to the entire staff helping. I know I spoke to Alina on the phone but there were two more employees that really helped- a younger female that let her sit in the kart and calmed her down and a tall, no tattoos, (Scott?) - I didn’t get their names-, who ran the registration and payment part. We originally flew to Michigan for a rock concert (her request) and a few other things -(it was her 7th birthday and first time flying and the pilot let her sit in the cockpit afterwords) but of all the the things we did over the weekend she said her most favorite part was the K1 speed racing. Yes the go karts were fun, but the real reason was how the employees treated her and looked out for her. They went out of their way to make some accommodations for her and it’s now 3 days later and she still won’t stop talking about it. The irony is there’s a K1 not that far from where we live. If you are the owner or regional manager, I would suggest taking note how the 3 individuals in particular helped my daughter. They should recognize us from the pictures put up. We came in Saturday Nov 1st around 3pm-3:30pm. They are the good standard of how you want your business to run. I would consider interviewing them and take these considerations into account when job advancement opportunities arise- especially with the tall, in shape, fit build, brown hair, guy and the younger female who let her sit in the kart and calmed her down- one on one. If all your locations run the way this one does your business will explode and I hope you take that into consideration. 5 stars. Thanks

the facility and staff are wonder full but call to book your times!! Booked our 3 race timeslots online and made the hour and a half drive just to show up and go in 30 mins early for our initial race time of 8pm, and they informed us they where booked for a Christmas party till 10pm and that they're priority and we can do our races in about a hour. After hearing us talk amongst our selves n state we will just drive home instead of sitting around waiting one of the desk girls said they could get us in at 9 while the party was taking a food break or something they pushed us thru our first two races wasn't bad wait had only the 4 of us in our second race. but for our third race we had to sit there for over an hour to get our last race in at 10:30ish.
