We've been here twice now. The kids age 11 & 12 race. If you buy more race's than you use they will put them on your account. Which is great since the more you buy the more you save. Is it cheap, no it is not. Is it expensive, 5 race's cost $100. I think breaking it down to $20 a pop with the cost of rent, insurance, payroll, etc then it's easier to "swallow" the price. They have lots of video games plenty of seating, and a general food "court". We'll definitely go again. Plus the entire staff both times were helpful, friendly and actually worked!! Lately this has been a challenge to see at other family friendly locations so it was very nice to see.

All I can say is that me and my son had a really great time. It’s a great spot to take the family at and enjoy a couple of races ( karts are electronic inside of gas ) there is a person that controls the speed of the carts. I definitely see my self and son going back

Tldr: only told wait time after we paid (it was 2 hours) left and came back after an hour, waited 2 more hours (totaling 3 hours) raced twice then waited 15 for our last race. In total: 4 hours spent there. If it was 2 hours and then we raced or if we were told the wait time up front it would have been fine. We went tonight for valentines day with two friends. There were four employees total, one person up front and 3 on the tracks. We got there at 7pm, checked in, paid, then the guy (a kid so maybe 18?) said "did I tell you the wait time? It's two hours." there's an arcade but like, not for two hours. We walked to whistlers, came back an hour later, and then still didn't get on the track until like 10pm. Before we left we asked if we'd get a text notification when our race was ready. No such thing. And we couldnt reserve a time beforehand. Just feels like the business cheaped out on some things that would have made this process less annoying overall. They did give us back to back races and our 3rd race was on the alternate track. It was also super inefficient. With two tracks, you'd think you'd have one group racing, the other setting up, and rhen alternating. Or like at the very least one group going out when the other was coming in. We had to ask a few times about our place in line and truly I think that was the only reason we even got to race. It was fun and we ended up having a good time, but we expected this would take an hour and half max and then we'd go home for a double date dinner. Instead we all went home at 11pm. Glad we didn't make a dinner reservation anywhere lol. This could be so much better! But until then we won't be back. Sad.

Fun place for a party, but working with their corporate office is a pain! The local team is great! Andrew, the on site manager was really helpful with supporting our 10 y/o’s party and ordering extra food from their external vendor. All parties, however, are planned through their groups sales office in California. This office doesn’t call back (I left multiple messages), and they screw up the time zones when placing food orders. Our order was supposed for 5pm EST, but the corporate office in CA placed it for 8pm (5pm Pacific), and this is apparently a commonly made mistake according to the pizza place. Luckily, Andrew caught it when we inquired the day before and we got our order on time. Also be warned that if you go above 8 racers your party will be split into two groups, and their unstated policy is to go up to 12, but you can ask them to waive that if you have above 8 but below 12. All in all everyone had a good time, but really be on top of the corporate team if you plan a party there.
