New karting track with lots of other things to do inside. Multiple tracks, including ones for little tots, a nice bar for the adults, decent food and the prices are reasonable. Really enjoyed the driving simulator as well. Our whole group had a blast. Staff were all great, very friendly and patient and all smiles. A great addition for families and friends on Overland Park.

We visited on a Sunday morning and brought our seven-year-old grandson as a birthday surprise. I arrived early at 10:00 AM to purchase passes ahead of time and did not get through the line until about 11:10 AM. If you do this first, then you’re able to select a race time and not wait for hours to get on the track. There were at least 100 people already in line when the doors opened, and another large group came in shortly after. Initially, only three cashiers were working, with each transaction taking approximately three to six minutes. After about 30 minutes, two additional cashiers were added, bringing the total to five. One of those cashiers left about 20 minutes later and returned roughly 15 minutes after that. Overall, the check-in and ticket process was extremely inefficient and frustrating. They have machines labeled “Express Check-In,” but I would not recommend using them. These machines are only for completing waivers and then direct you to the cashier anyway, often after the line has grown significantly longer. You can complete the waiver while standing in line using the QR codes posted on signs, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The website does not clearly explain how the process works, which makes planning difficult. In addition, there is no phone number available to speak with someone before your visit, which adds to the confusion. After racing and spending time in the arcade, we decided to eat. We were first told there was a 25 -minute wait to be seated, even though several tables appeared empty. We then went back after 25 minutes when we had not received a text and she told us it would be another 25 minutes! Once we were seated, my husband and I shared the brisket nachos, which arrived cold. Our grandson ordered mac and cheese with French fries. The food was average, possibly depending on what you order. On a positive note, our server was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly. We ended the day with laser tag and continued playing in the arcade until our card ran out. Overall, our grandson had a great time, which is what mattered most. However, there are definite operational issues that need improvement, especially at the cashier station upon arrival and with restaurant staffing.

We took our kids (ages 6 and 10) here this Sunday evening and had an amazing time! I have to give a huge shout out to Taryn and Darren for their exceptional customer service! Our 6 year old has been begging to come here since it opened and when we arrived we found out the Mario karts for his age weren't currently running due to so many staff out sick. He was super bummed as that was our primary reason for coming, but Taryn and Darren came to his rescue and found someone to run the track so the kids could go. Most places would have just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do," and sent us on our way. We truly appreciated them taking the extra time to make the experience great. The Mario karts were super fun for the kids! We also played a great game of laser tag (they have a cool, two-story room for the game) and had a blast at the arcade too. They have some unique games we hadn't seen before, like a 4 person air hockey table, that was fun for our whole family. We wrapped up with dinner there and, consistent with the rest of the experience, the food was great and service was fantastic. Thank you for having such amazing staff at every stop! We will definitely be back!

Line was long but was expected on a Saturday night. You must sign a waiver before heading to the front desk. If the line is long, scan the QR code while waiting in line. The team lead Five was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! They have a good variety of games! Hyperdeck zombies was fun! The claw machines open wide and stuffies are packed (at the time) making it almost impossible to pull up. Bowling was different but fun. They used weighted softball sized balls. There's a good selection of prizes. It was packed overall including the restaurant and bowling side. The food tasted pretty good and our server Danielle was very nice. The Go Kart experience was off from the beginning. I get they deal with a bunch of annoying, drunk or rude people on a daily, but as a first time patron, it was not inviting AT ALL. Super rude when explaining any and all directions or asking what time you're supposed to show up. There was maybe a total of 3 employees who seemingly enjoyed being there tonight or was nice. Pretty sad experience after driving 2 hours away for a family outing. Pics taken when we first arrived and roughly 30 min till closing.

First time visiting this establishment! A really neat idea! It was Friday evening so it was reasonable that we wouldn’t be fit in for go karts right away so we had about a 2 hour wait. In the meantime we played some arcade games. It was frustrating that many games were not functioning and it kept eating our credits. I think at the end we wasted about $15 in credits although we had told employees that the game wasn’t working. The food was impeccable tho! My Chicken and rice bowl was honestly so good, I might return just for that haha. We were served by Elaine and she was very knowledgeable , kind and an overall great server. Food: 5/5 !! I have mixed reviews about the go karting experience itself. I felt as if the staff were constantly slowing us down as we were racing. The tracts themselves were really cool. Both green and blue. I truly think I went faster at K1 Speed but overall it was nice to experience something new.
