A lot of fun for kids or adults! 2 main tracks and 2 smaller tracks for the smaller kids. The karts were plenty fast for the track layouts. Cool arcade games as well. The hyperdeck is a lot of fun with different games to play along with the hologate attraction. Full bar and food menu with plenty of screens for sports entertainment. Wish the attractions were a little cheaper for 5-7 minute game play.

I decided to have an event here and bring my family to celebrate my birthday. I’m a racing fan, so this seemed like the perfect place. From the event coordination to the very last minute of my event, everything was wonderful!! My family was impressed, we all had the best time!! There are activities for all ages. My grandsons loved the mini Mario racing and the bowling, and my grown children (and I) had a blast racing and playing laser tag. The 3 year old twins played in the arcade. The food was great, the environment was fun, and the staff were warm, professional and friendly. Looks like we’ll be planning my grandsons birthday parties here next year. They loved everything about this place. Thank you Andretti Grand Prairie for making my birthday a memorable experience for me and my family!!

The game prices are cheap. Go Go Karting is thrilling and priced well. All the equipment is well kept 🤏. The only thing that drained our experience is we got a 1hour free game play from the Main Fest. The cashier did not tell us we could not claim our ticket wins. We won over 1000 plus tickets and it was all for nothing 😑. Other than that a time was had ❤️

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally request communication with upper management for the Grand Prairie facility, specifically someone other than Carlos, regarding a recurring and deeply upsetting experience. During my most recent visit, instead of listening to my concerns, Carlos was dismissive and definitive about what I “had to say,” which made the situation even more humiliating. I came to your facility expecting a fun, family-friendly experience not to be embarrassed for simply existing as a short adult. Every time I visit, I am required to use a booster seat, despite the fact that: - I am a licensed adult driver with no restrictions on my driver’s license - I signed a waiver, yet it seems meaningless if my ability to drive is still questioned - I am 4’11” (59 inches) and 180 pounds, making the booster seat physically uncomfortable and unsafe for my body - I am a capable and experienced driver and do not struggle with operating vehicles At this point, this no longer feels like a safety issue it feels like discrimination based on height. Being repeatedly singled out and forced into a booster seat in front of my family is humiliating and has made the experience unenjoyable. I did not pay $30 to leave feeling embarrassed and upset. What is especially concerning is that this treatment is ongoing. I should not have to dread coming to your facility or feel degraded simply because of my height something entirely beyond my control. If the intent is safety, then policies should be applied respectfully, consistently, and with consideration for adult customers’ dignity and physical comfort. I am requesting: 1. Direct communication with upper management 2. A clear explanation of the booster seat policy and how it aligns with adult waivers and licensing 3. Assurance that customers will be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of physical stature I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.

Andretti’s Karting is hands down one of the best entertainment experiences around. From the moment you walk in, everything is clean, professional, and extremely well-run. The staff is organized, friendly, and safety-focused without killing the fun.
