Great service for my sons birthday party!. The manager call a few days before the party to let me know that the party was going to go with the races and answer and question. Its was very easy. My 12 yr enjoyed it with his 7 friends

I’ve been to this location numerous times & recently every time I go it takes for ever to ride for the children. They are always skipped to accommodate parties & extra rides for adults. I pay the same amount as the adults & my child is skipped on multiple visits. I waited over 3 hrs (this included being skipped) for my child to ride 1x. You guys need to better organize your party schedule & rider schedule. Maybe posting the time the party will ride will help other customers decide how many rides they can get by a certain time instead of needing refunds or credits. Also, stop skipping the children riders as well. We pay just like the adults. I will be looking for another track.

3 and a half hours. Paid for 3 races but only got two because it was going to be another half our for ours to start. I saw people come after and leave before us. Never again. They seem to prioritize large groups before smaller. They need a better system to make sure this doesn’t happen.

We went on 1/3/2026 to ride go-karts. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 2-hour wait, which was understandable since it was a Saturday. The lady at the desk asked if I wanted to stay or leave and said she would write my name down if we left. We decided to leave and come back. When we returned, we waited another 30 minutes to speak with someone at the desk. We were then told that we were not supposed to leave. I explained that the previous employee told us we could. After waiting a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes, we were finally able to ride one race. I purchased three races but only got to use one. Overall, the experience involved poor communication and customer service.

Garie, the manager/supervisor was AWESOME!!! He was super nice. No matter what I needed he accommodated it. Garie even cooked our pizzas 🍕 😋. Made sure we was ok doing our time there. The other associates was great as well. Gave the kiddos their shirts and made sure the helmet was on correctly. Definitely, returning.
