Awesome place! We had so much fun. The kids loved it. Small children do have to ride with an adult up to 60 inches. And no kids under 36 inches are allowed. Nut we all had a blast and we will definitely be coming back.

Had the worst experience of our lives. Everyone is so unprofessional, and this place is just DANGEROUS!!! our young son almost lost his finger when one of the staff was trying to adjust the kart's steering wheel and squeezed his finger SO BAD. He already had his seat belt on when the guy came around on my side to adjust the steering wheel, hurting his finger. My poor kid had his both hands down next to his seat and was following all of their directions. One of the staff even tried to blame him when he was doing absolutely nothing wrong. The other one was yelling me "It was just an accident."The guy who was responsible for this left the place immediately after shouting, "Call an ambulance." Everyone could see how unprofessional they were. They gave us a refund like they were doing a big favor and said all they could do was give us the directions to the emergency room. I don't know how this place is still open. Please keep your kids away from this place. I wish I had taken the reviews here more seriously before our visit.

I would give 0 stars if I could, first of all they didn't allow us to come in our own shoes, and they will give you theirs, but before that you definitely need to buy THEIR socks, which cost 5 dollars, they of course explained that we can't use our own socks. , well... in order not to ruin the day, we did not spare 10 dollars (for two), while we were watching the training video, an employee came up to us and said that we could not go until we left our dog in the car with someone else... he said that animal control would come and break our glass, although the dog was left in an open car with air conditioning, they just pissed me off and did everything so that I would just turn around and leave, then I did not want to listen to this person's speech, I just left because I realized that this place would only ruin my day, after that I went to read reviews about this place and I was convinced that I did not leave in vain, all they write about this place is that they want to kick out visitors and cheat them out of money, believe all the reviews with 1 star, I experienced this from my own experience, avoid this place if you do not want to ruin your vacation!

In my opinion I love this place especially the go kart racing they go really fast just be careful but it is so much funnn.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. The old lady at the check in for the race cars treated us like we were trying to do something wrong and she was impatient when we asked questions. Horrible customer service. The girl who helped with the helmets was sweet but the guys on the runway were not friendly and called my mom a derogatory term when she complained. Terrible experience. We will never go back.
